A number of the projects shown here were designed and drawn chiefly by Kevin Carpenter in the 26 year period (1994 - 2020) when he held the office of Vice President of Design at Masterbuilder Fellowship for the Built Environment, Incorporated. In May of 2020, when the company re-structured and was re-named New Hope Design-Build, Inc. (which Kevin and another partner led until it’s closing in 2022), the departing partners retained rights to the original company name and hold the copyright to certain images, which are used here by permission. Those projects will be indicated throughout this website by the subscript, MBF©.
