It should be recognized that this beautiful project was principally and artfully designed by the homeowner, my close friend Samuel Koenigsberg, who was one of our clients during my tenure with Masterbuilder Fellowship for the Built Environment, Incorporated. We at Masterbuilder Fellowship were honored to have assisted him in the completion of his design, in the production of the Construction Documents and the manual construction of the house itself. Although I was not the principal designer of this project, it is included here because of the vast impact it had on my development as a designer and builder.
